What to include in a bug report

The two things that help most are the browser you were using and the kind of image that went wrong — its format, roughly how large it was, and the target you asked for. Because compression happens on your own device, we cannot see what happened from our side, so those details are genuinely the difference between a fix and a guess. Please don't email the image itself unless we ask.

Suggesting a target size

If a form or portal you use enforces a size we don't have a page for, tell us what it is and where it comes up. Requests like that are how the current list of target sizes was chosen in the first place, and adding one is quick.
